Position Purpose:
Create a positive experience for each and every customer by providing fast and friendly service and quality products.
All Baristas and Cashiers Must:
- Greet each customer that drives through within 5 seconds with a verbal greeting, smile, and eye contact.
- Proactively engage the customer in conversation.
- Seek opportunities to educate and suggestively sell.
Responsibilities:
Cashier
- Greet and interact with customers, operate a ‘Point of Sale’ system, and keep location clean.
- Solicit orders, ring up sale and provide correct change in a timely fashion.
- Engage customer in conversation, ensuring a great customer experience.
- Deliver drinks accurately.
- Welcome questions and educate customers.
- Learn customer’s names and drink preference.
- Manage cash drawer.
- Be a team player with shift crew, helping where needed.
- Clean drive thru serving shelves several times a day.
- Daily shift cleaning
Barista
- Greet and interact with customers, prepare and serve products, operate a ‘Point of Sale’ system, and keep location clean.
- Solicit orders, ring up sale and provide correct change in a timely fashion.
- Operate espresso machine.
- Create espresso drinks, smoothies, and other related products.
- Deliver drinks in less than 2 minutes while interacting with customers.
- Welcome questions and educate customers.
- Learn customer’s names and drink preference.
- Manage cash drawer.
- Restock all areas to ensure smooth flow
- Clean drive thru serving shelves several times daily.
- Work as a team to ensure a great customer experience
- Complete end of shift tasks along with daily side work.
Facilities/Warehouse Operations & Local Delivery Driver
Position Purpose
- Assist in keeping our 3 Rapid City locations running smoothly by being part of the team that ensures locations have everything they need to help serve and meet the needs of our customers.
- Intake and storage of arriving deliveries
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Maintain property by keeping grounds and buildings clean and looking nice
Areas of Responsibility
Location Deliveries
- Assemble product orders for 3 locations.
- Deliver products to 3 locations in our service vehicle.
- Store larger inventory items delivered in locations.
- Haul any return items back to warehouse/office.
Facilities/Warehouse Operations
- Keep grounds around the main property clean and in good repair, lawn maintenance, snow removal, receiving and storing deliveries and keeping warehouse/garage clean and orderly.
- Help with basic pest and weed control.
Position Requirements: The physical requirements for this position include lifting of up to 50 pounds on a daily basis. Other requirements would include good organizational skills, flexibility in daily needs of the business, team player, good communication, and clean driving record.
